We currently have EG 4.2 , do you know if I need a license(or $$) for upgrade it to 4.3 ?

If the answer is "no" ( which I hope), can I do it myself or I need the IT to install it?

Thanks,

If you have a current license then your renewal fees cover upgrades, so to answer your question, no there shouldn't be additional $ to upgrade...

As for who can do, you (or your IT) will need to update your install depot, and generally you'll need admin rights on your pc to install.
