Links in EG

I recently upgraded from EG 7.1 to EG 8.3. I noticed when running my queries the hyperlink that connects to a webpage doesn't respond in EG 8.3. No errors are displaying. It appears the link is somehow disable in EG 8.3. I was able to select share > send to default windows which connected me to a browser with the link and I was able to successfully access my webpage. I think there's a feature in EG 8.3 that disable selection of hyper links. Has anyone encounter this problem?

Update - The issue appears to be associated with PIV authentication in the EG HTML viewer. The link created in my projects prompts the user for their PIN. I think there's something preventing the prompt in EG 8.3. I receive the prompt for my PIV if I switch the HTML viewer in EG from Enterprise Guide to windows default,. This change opens the HTML icon in my E browser. I can view other HTML links if there's no prompt for PIV. Again, this works in EG 7.1

I see you have reported the issue to SAS tech support and that they have passed an example that explains the issue to R&D who are investigating. Great!
I'm curious for their answer.
