With EG 4.2 and 4.3, you can use .NET 2.0 and even .NET 3.5 (with WPF).

Here are some references.

Basic custom task guidance and API reference doc (for EG 4.2):
http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/guide/customtasks/samples/zqj_EG42CustomTasks.zip

Templates that work with EG 4.2 and VS2008 and VS2010:
http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/guide/customtasks/samples/VS2008Templates.zip

Some recent examples with source code:
Thx for your reply Chris, but i have another problem want to ask: Is there additional license required for developing custom add-in program?

Thanks in advance !

No, no additional SAS licenses needed to develop custom tasks/add-ins.

However, you do need a Microsoft Visual Studio program. You can download the Express versions for free from Microsoft, but if you get serious about developing custom tasks, the Professional version is worth the investment.
