I am facing issue to build Asset health score model

If you have any reference to how to build this model so please share with me and further if possible please elaborate what about the parameter should be considered while building this model?

Your question is way to high-level (I mean, not enough details).

Are you in manufacturing business or health maybe (hospital assets)?
What type of asset(s) are we talking about?
Do you want to predict maintenance issues & prevent breakdowns?
Are you familiar with survival analysis?
Are you willing to invest in additional SAS software to automatically monitor the health of all manufacturing processes to help ensure continuous product quality?

Ans: Refinery domain
What type of asset(s) are we talking about?

Ans: Refinery asset generally centrifugal pump, Fin fan ,reciprocating pump, fd fan etc

Do you want to predict maintenance issues & prevent breakdowns?
Ans : Yes, we want to predict maintenance issues & prevent breakdowns.

We are looking for a model which will help us in asset health score.

If possible kindly provide sample/document for asset health scoring model.

I have experience myself with pumps and fans.

SAS has a product called: SAS® ASSET PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS

The concerned web-page can give you additional information and reading material.

The above is the SAS-site with Belgian flag (en_be) but other worldwide sites have the same page available I guess.

You can also request a demo there if you want.

You can also screen the SAS-documentation, the SAS conference proceedings and this SAS-communities site.
