Use a shorter name.

bianalysis_lab is 14 characters.

Simple, do not assign a library name longer than 8 characters.

Its the law. Actually a syntax rule. The name of a library cannot exceed 8 characters.

What it says. Use a shorter SAS name for your library reference.

Library names and file references are restricted to maximally 8 characters, this is a hard limit.
