    <description>&lt;P&gt;A common cause of this type of error is an expired SAS licence. Try typing the word SAS in the Windows Run prompt. If SAS fails to open a session and displays a "Setinit expired" error then that is the problem. If a SAS session does display successfully then you have confirmed that the licence has not expired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
