Bulk editing program entry properties

I'm on EG 7.15.

I've got a project with 5 process flows and about 50 program entries across the 5 flows. I now want to change the code submission property "Action to take on error ..." from "Stop current branch" to "Stop all items".

Is there a way to bulk edit the program entries so I can set this property in one step? (Answer: No, but wanted to confirm this).

Can I do this bulk edit in EG 8.1?

I know I can set the property at the project level, which is what I will do. But I'll need to check all program entries to ensure I haven't set the customize code submission option. Bulk edit would be useful here instead of having the check all 50 program entries.

Just thinking: If it's only for checking then couldn't you just do a search in project.xml?

For SAS8.2 the tag appears to be ActionOnError. I would assume it's the same in older EG versions.

And adding to above:

Using Notepad++ you could do a Find All as this gives you the number of hits and would let you know quickly if there is a program with another specific setting.

Having done a quick inspection of the project.xml: If looks like changes to the default get set as override (same tag but different place in the xml). So eventually search for a string <tag>text
