Unable to obtain Sas Enterprise Guide 8.X downloading a new depot

Hello everyone,

We have a Sas Metadata Server (almost 3 years) with some Enterprise Guide 7.1 clients connected

We decided to download EG 8.x to upgrade all those clients, and i followed the instructions listed on other topics. Downloaded a new full depot, moved to standalone install's folder and... version still 7.13

Have i done something wrong? There is a reason because i'm not able to get the new version?

You mean re-downloaded the same depot or you ordered a new one?

Hi Anand_V , thanks for your reply. I assumed it was only necessary to re-download a new depot from order/key i already have, but seeing your reply i contacted our SAS products manager and he's generating a new order with updates needed.I'm pretty this will let us download EG8 this time! thank you very much
