I had the same problem and the note worked for me . It is like EG thinks you have multiple monitors and the popup window appears on a monitor which doesn't exist.

to help prevent the issue ,if you are working with multiple monitors, then any time you have a popup window (like query builder) move it to the same monitor that you have EG on .

I typically use SAS EG at work on multiple monitors but when trying to work from home solely on my laptop recently I'm running into an issue. When attempting to join tables via the query builder window the join table window disappears and I'm unable to move forward or backward within the SAS EG session. I've tried it multiple times and get stuck at the same point. Any help is greatly appreciated. (Working Windows 10 with SAS EG 7.1, 32-bit)
