topic I want to submit code from choosing a prompt option in EG in SAS Enterprise Guide

EG v8.1

I am setting up some prompts in EG to run only certain parts of the code in different process flows. I think I can do this by saving the code to Dot SAS program segments and using %INC.

However this seems clunky. And I have to remember to save the code out to file shortcuts. I know that every widget in EG has a name and it knows which process flow it sits in. So therefore it would be great to submit some command which says Run this Widget from this process flow.

SAS Macro variables set:
_CLIENTTASKLABEL ==> Name of EG Widget
_CLIENTPROCESSFLOWNAME ==> Name of Process Flow

These are set in every EG program widget by the system
