    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to connect sql server from SAS EG(Unix)&amp;nbsp; using the below code:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;libname sql1 sqlsvr user="XXXXXXX" password="XXXXXXX" datasrc=XXXXXX;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;libname sql1 odbc user="XXXXXXX" password="XXXXXXX" datasrc=XXXXXX;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the below error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLI error trying to establish connection: [SAS][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]A value was not specified for the&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Domain connection option.&amp;nbsp; A domain name or workgroup must be specified when using Domain NTLM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please direct me the right ways to resolve the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;few things to try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) make sure your user= field is in format -- &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;user="Domain\userid"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) include&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;schema= option&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3) if you are using a windows account (I believe you are) to authenticate against sql server, you might need to change a few things&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://support.sas.com/kb/48/348.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://support.sas.com/kb/48/348.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
