Stored process code getting blank lines added to it

Good afternoon, experts,

I have a stored process that I'm coding through Enterprise Guide 7.15, and it's saving the code to the server.

I'm noticing an odd behavior, though - it seems like blank lines are being added to the code in unpredictable places. While it's not affecting the performance of the code, as far as I can tell, it is sort of annoying to see a block of blank lines where there wasn't one before every time I edit the code.

Can anyone explain this behavior, and if there's either a hotfix or a reason for it?

It could be an encoding problem. Can you check if the server and SAS EG have the same encoding?
