Unable To Access Libraries In SAS EG

Hi,

We launch SAS Enterprise Guide from a Citrix store in our organization. I was able to access all the stuff in SAS EG all these days.. However, it started throwing the below error and am unable to access any libraries.

The 'sas.iomprovider.1' provider is not registered on the local machine.

Any help is appreciated.
