When executing a project, before each procedure runs, there is a big delay and EG says "Waiting on Transpose" for example; sometime for multiple seconds. I suspect there is an option setting causing this as my other much larger projects do not do this. Any thoughts as to which one it is?

Do you have a quit statement at the end of the transpose process?

If you omit the run and quit statements at times I have seen the same type of a message

I'll check - the transposes I'm doing are generated using the GUI, but perhaps I have some custom SQL code that needs quit statements.

No issues with missing run statements. EG execution sits for about 10-15 seconds in "wait" mode as indicated in the status bar before executing each section of the project.
