Unable to connect EG to LASR server

Hi All,

I am trying to connect EG to Lasr server (SAS VA 9.4).

The connection is successful and I can see my report from SAS VA in EG but I can't upload any table to SAS VA.

Getting the below error when I am trying to access SASapp in servers pane:

Hello @jmehul,

the connections are different, for accessing the reports (http or https on default ports 80 or 443) than the connection to load data to LASR (on your LASR server port numbers ... 10031, 10011, etc). From your client/pc/citrix server where EG is installed.

My recommendation would be:

- get a list of your LASR servers and the ports where they listen to.

- ask your IT admins to check if the place where your EG is installed can connect to those ports (something as with telnet)

- if it is closed, yout IT admins would need to open those connections on the intermediate firewalls. If is is a client to server, probably there would be something special, as an F5 or similar.

- test again the connection with SAS EG
