    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does "FAW" mean "Forecast Analyst Workbench"?&amp;nbsp; I renamed this topic accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And from the video, this looks like an environment that is maintained by your IT or SAS admin.&amp;nbsp; I think you'll need to work with them to get it solved.&amp;nbsp; The error messages imply that the logged-in user account does not have enough quota to start a SAS session.&amp;nbsp; An admin will need to address that for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SAS Forecast Analyst Workbench on AWS - EG is frozen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Need help ASAP with the SAS FAW 32 core environment, SAS Enterprise Guide is frozen, tried reconnecting with no luck, Can’t submit basic code or open files inside the environment. I am able to connect with SAS Demo account. I am not able to connect with my username&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is what I am seeing:&lt;/P&gt;
