      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to run a code through Dr. Sarma's book and in&amp;nbsp;The Project Start Code window,&amp;nbsp; I am getting an error like the library doesn't exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you pls. help with detailed STEPS&amp;nbsp; or proper documentation, how to create library /&amp;nbsp;The Project Start Code window etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ajit Jha&lt;/P&gt;</description>
