Unable to install SAS Enterprise Guide

Hi,

I am trying to install SAS Enterprise guide on my machine but when i run the setup file it shows progress bar and after that it is getting close every time automatically . i dont know why it is not getting install on my machine.

Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.

What version of Windows are you installing on and what version of Enterprise Guide are you trying to install?

I am using windows 10 and version of enterprise guide is 7.12

As I understand it EG 7.11 or greater is supported on Windows 10, so it should be OK. I suggest you open a track with SAS Tech Support so they can troubleshoot your install.
