Do a google search for

sas server execution failed

and follow the links. One of the possible reasons for this error is an expired SAS license, as found in https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Enterprise-Guide/Unable-to-connect-to-SAS-Enterprise-Guide-Local-Server/td-p/323978.
