Is all about permissions. So we get it running by giving admin permissions but we abandon this idea.

Hello all,

We are trying to run in batch time an SAS Enterprise Guide 5.1 project but we get the following error:

G:\Users\myuser>C:\Windows\System32\cscript.exe G
:\Users\myuser\runSAS.vbs
Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.8
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

G:\Users\myuser\runSAS.vbs(8, 1) Microsoft
VBScript runtime error: Object required

we have found the following Problem Note related with the problem:

Problem Note 34194: "Error: Object Required" when running SAS® Enterprise Guide in batch
http://support.sas.com/kb/34/194.html

After applying the Problem Note we have been able to execute but with administrator privileges, after being removed the administrator privileges the problem occurs again.

Does anyone know what kind of privileges this user must have in order to run without problems?

I can't just ask to give me administrator privileges.

Best regards,
