      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is a SAS NOTE that comes when a non-blank character follows immediately after a closing (double or single) quote of a string literal (constant), as such characters might carry a special meaning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Such a NOTE often is the signal that you have unbalanced quotes in your code, so a string was not terminated properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Inspect your code thoroughly, and restart your server connection, so the state of the SAS process is reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
