IS 'Upload to LASR' a Best Practice to register and load in SAS VA

Hi,

Kindly can someone tell me is it a best practice to use the feature of 'Upload to LASR' in SAS EG 7.1 version to load the final dataset into SAS VA??

I am adding this at the end of the process flow so that if i run the process flow the dataset is automatically loaded in SASVA. But I cant see the description that it is loaded on day and so on in SAS VA.

If NO should i follow the traditional steps like registering/UpdateMetadata in SAS SMC and unload the data and then delete the data in SASVA and then again load the data.

Please suggest me the best pratice for implementing SAS EG and SASVA. I also request you to share the code if there are any to automatically register and load the dataset in SAS VA without following the traditional steps mentioned above.
