    <description>&lt;P&gt;SAS allocates the SASUSER library at startup. It must point to a valid folder/directory to allocate successfully. You need to check the SASApp SAS config file to confirm where the SASUSER library is pointing:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Under Windows you will normally find this in: \SAS\Config\Lev1\SASApp\sasv9.cfg which then points to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;\Program Files\SAS\SASFoundation\9.4\nls\en\&lt;SPAN&gt;sasv9.cfg&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
