If your delivery time is not a number of seconds, I suggest you convert it to that, as it will be easiest to work with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Create a format for your durations, something along the lines of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'00:00:00't - '23:59:59't = 'less than 1 day'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'24:00:00't - '47:59:59't = '1 to 2 days'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Apply your format, and when you run your bar chart it should group the observations by the format labels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My aim is to create a bar chart denoting the frequency of delivery times, to see whether most orders take one or two or three days etc to be delivered. I have the delivery times for all the orders. How do I find the quantity of orders which satisfy each delivery time using the Query Builder? Thanks &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
