    <description>thank you, I have been searched in the notes you sent me. but the answer was very public. but, also I solved the problem by changing the -LOCAL option in sas config file from English to arabic</description>

      <description>when I execute normal code using English language it works properly but, when I use any arabic letter in title or in other process it send the error:&lt;BR /&gt;
[Error] Some code points did not transcode. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Any one can help.</description>
