A problem about Enterprise Guide 3 menu

i can't find 'Describe', 'Graph' and 'Analyze' three opitions from Enterprise Guide V3 menu.
at first it's ok. but now these are disappeared without trace.
here is the screen snap.

This is probably an oversimplified suggestion but under "View" and "Toolbars" all of them (Active Data, Control, Project, View and Standard) are all selected correct?

Please call or e-mail Tech Support, they should be able to walk you through turning this back on (see link at bottom of page for their info.)

Maybe it's linked to this ? I know that at certain point we couldn't see any tasks anymore and since the items you mention are all tasks ...

even one of our user is facing the same problem, those 3 options are missing.. help please
