Hi,

Please specify the kind of outliers, residluals outliers, exploratory outliers or dependent outliers?

But for all of them, one of the easiest way to detecting the outliers is to explore descriptive statistics. Check for maximum, minimum, standard deviation and mean. Box plot is another exploratory technique to find the outliers. For more technical and specified discussion on multiple regression outliers check:

http://statistika.vse.cz/konference/amse/PDF/Blatna.pdf

http://www.bisrg.uwaterloo.ca/archive/RR-06-07.pdf
