Regarding Referential integrity constraint (urgent)

Hi All,
I am getting the following error while executing my code in EG on AIX server.

ERROR: Unable to obtain constraint information for data set ia.temp1 because it is within a concatenated library and contains a referential integrity constraint.

This dataset has 3 fileds A,B, C and A is the primary key here.
The value which I am trying to insert in the table is unique.

The code which I tried executing is:

proc sql noprint;
insert into ia.temp1 values('SPAAA' , 'pain', ',');
quit;
run;

Any suggestion would be appreciable.
