Your message is: it is slow. Do you want to search for root-causes?
What do you know of your environment? what can you see of your environment? Is it a new installation or a changed behavior of an existing one?

To follow on Jaap's comments. There are a lot of possible reasons for slow response, many are not related to SAS.

What version of EG (I think that 4.3, 5, and 6 all work with SAS 9.3).
Is the SAS Server local or or running on a different machine? Are the data local or on a different machine?
- If the server or data are remote, you are likely to need to get you network people involved in solving this.
