Error in Create Input Data - MO

Hi All,

i'm configuring my develope environment for SAS Marketing Optimization. the step done are the creation of a Teradata Library for MO tables (as Campaign, Communication, Customer..), a user group for managing camapign and MO obejcts, and so on...

However, every time I try to create an Input Data I display a pop up with an error message related to the library MOMETA.

The error in the log is the following:

com.sas.rio.MVASQLException: Unable to execute query: SQL passthru expression contained these errors: ERROR: Libref MOMETA is not assigned

I found 2 sas note about this:

for both I followed the step but nothing changed.

Have somebody ever had this problem? If yes, Could you help me in hunting error?

Hi @teresa_abbate, I checked with an expert here at SAS who says the problem may have to do with the way MO group permissions are declared in the SAS Management Console. She said Tech Support would be your fastest route to an answer. I appreciate you being part of this forum!
