Error sas marketing automation violated constarint

Hi,

when i try to create campaign with marketing automation (version 6.5 sas 9.4) i had an error violated integrity constraint parent key not found

"violated integrity constraint (SAS_MA.CAMP_FK2) - parent key not found"

i'm using oracle 11g as a database for the model CMDM

and i'm working with the sample marketing automation sample.

please any help 🙂

I'm not terrible familiar with CI structure/models.

This could be due to that someone have deleted a required entry in the parent table. Or it could be a bug in SW.

I would contact the responsible party for the implementation, to help understand the cause of the problem.

thank you for your responses.

the error because i didn't run the script ci_cdm_load_codes.sas, this script insert data into lookup tables of cmdm model from sashelp library.after i run the script it works correctly
