&lt;P&gt;For help with this we'll need to review the details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get started - in upper right corner of the UI you'll find a "?" icon, under this there's a link to "Contact support". Start here (it will prefill some of the info we need, like your tenant name). Please include the type of task you want to personalize and URL of the item you're having trouble with.&lt;/P&gt;
