Updates for Schema 18 in the UDM for SAS Customer Intelligence 360

Starting with the release for June 25, 2025, SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes updates to the Unified Data Model (UDM) for schema 18. Schema 18 contains enhancements to support these features:

New columns to support server-side content delivery
Additional information about email tasks
Additional information about SMS replies
New columns to support contextual information for identities in SMS tasks

Updates to the UDM

These are updates to the existing tables in the UDM:

Table	Updates
IMPRESSION_DELIVERED IMPRESSION_SPOT_VIEWABLE SPOT_CLICKED SPOT_REQUESTED	The request_id column is added.
MD_SPOT	These columns are added: folder_path_nm spot_key location_selector_flg
MD_TASK	The secondary_status column is added.
SMS_MESSAGE_CLICKED SMS_MESSAGE_DELIVERED SMS_MESSAGE_FAILED SMS_MESSAGE_REPLY SMS_MESSAGE_SEND SMS_OPTOUT SMS_OPTOUT_DETAILS	These columns are added: context_type_nm context_val
SMS_MESSAGE_REPLY	The sms_content column is added.
SPOT_REQUESTED	The properties_map_doc column is added.
