The emails are sitting in recipient's inboxes and are no longer accessible. The same way when manually sending an email. As soon as it is sent it's out of the sender's hands.&nbsp;</P> <P>The web view version is a copy that is generated at send time. This version is supposed to show exactly the same content as the one in the recipient's inbox and hence&nbsp;is also non-editable.</P> <P>That is not specific to SAS Customer Intelligence 360, but simply the way email as a technology works.
