    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the purpose is to just get link shortening then it seems like you would want to integrate Bitly into your content authoring or pre-process your merge tags before including in your data base that is connected to engage:direct. The shortened url would just be treated like other content or merge tags are.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise if there is a use case desired beyond just link shortening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;We are wanting to integrate CI360 Direct and/or RTDM with Bit.ly (bitly) for shortened urls.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone doing this currently?&amp;nbsp; We have sent a message to tech support and there is not an existing api for this. We are just starting this investigation and will start a POC.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you are using the bitly paid version, you have the rest api can integrate with sasci process. &lt;BR /&gt;Also you have option to define parameter in excel upload in bitly with list of attribute and run a scheduled job to pull responses back to map with your campaigns.</description>
