    <description>&lt;P&gt;Users logging in to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 using Microsoft Edge might experience an issue wherein the user interface loads indefinitely and ultimately stops responding. This issue occurs due to a new security feature in Microsoft Edge called Enhanced Security Mode. This feature is denoted by the &lt;STRONG&gt;Added security&lt;/STRONG&gt; icon beside the URL bar of the browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are two workarounds to enable a successful login:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can disable Enhanced Security Mode.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The IT Administrator for Microsoft Edge can add the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 URL to the exception list by clicking &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;►&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Privacy, search, and services &lt;SPAN&gt;►&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; Exceptions&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
