SAS 360 Engage Direct: onprem_direct.log Analyzer

I had my hands on with CI - MACore log file Analyzer which was from SAS. Do we have similar log analyzer for Engage direct log file? if exists, how can get it? Do I need to contact Tech Support?

We don't have one yet although we are working on it.
