    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have some users reporting save issues when they attempt to save their Segment Map.&amp;nbsp; The save simply does not complete. They just get 3 dots in the middle of the screen moving back n forth as if to complete the save, but it just never completes and user is forced to logout.&amp;nbsp; It just started today, and we cannot replicate the issue here on our side (we're the vendor providing access to Engage:Direct). Client is using Chrome in Incognito mode, and more than one user is having this issue. Have you ever run into this issue before?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Please open a track with our Technical Support and provide them the time when it happened, which user and which Segment Map. They will be able to check the logs to see why the UI never came back.&lt;BR /&gt;Was the Segment Map successfully saved when the user logged back in or were the changes lost?</description>
