When someone clicks a button in your SAS Customer Intelligence 360 email from their Microsoft Outlook account, the click event that is associated with that button is not tracked. While we fix this issue, here are some workarounds that you can try to ensure proper tracking of your click event:

Design an image to use in your email that looks like a button. Tip: Minimize the likelihood that your image might get stretched by adding a height and width.

When designing your email layout, use multiple columns and add a text block to the middle column to represent the button. You can use the design settings to style the text block to look more like a button. For example, give the text block a different background color or different font. The result is an email that contains what seems to be a square button, but is actually a text box.
