Hello,

We observed that the CI processes continue to run even after the user disconnects from CI studio.

(Current version: 9.04.01M6P110718)

I would like to know if there are any methods to kill orphan CI sessions without restarting the service 6_1.

Action Taken-

1. Tried to identify the query in the backend but all processes run with the user sassrv .

2. Logged off the user session to stop the CI session. Did not help.

3. Restarted service 6_1. This cleared the orphan session.

Kindly let us know if there are any alternative methods to kill these orphan session as we cannot restart the service frequently.

Thank you.

If all the user sessions are spawned using sassrv, how did you identify the orphaned ones out of it?
