Are you talking about this Event Inspector ?

This is a tool that our PreSales and implementation consultants use to visualize events. It requires the injection of some JavaScript using Tampermonkey to redirect events for visualization.

You can find the same information on the network tab of your browser developer tools looking for the POST requests to SAS. The payload of these events is what you would also see in the Event Inspector

Hello,

Currently, I use sas customer intelligence 360 and I want to tag my website.

I added the statement sas tag on my website.

But unfortunately, the popup of sas doesn't show to follow the events of my site.

And in the network, I have a lot of requests to my platform.ci360.sas.com.

So, I don't know what the problem is and why I don't find these events in the data views.

Hi,
You also need to approve the domain for the data collection to commence. This is done inside the CI360 UI, Configuration - General Settings - Domains.
Regards
James
