whats in SAS ci360 19.08 and 19.09 and 19.10 please?

is there a place to view this as we have the release dates of the version updates but need to understand the 'what new'

Thanks for your question. We don’t typically publish What’s New for future releases of the software. We are always happy to provide a roadmap update. You can schedule that with your Global Customer Success contact.

You can find What’s new for the current release from several places, including:

From the SAS Customer Intelligence Community, we add a What’s New post each release. This is the post for the July release.
From Customer Intelligence 360, open Home (it’s the first icon in the left navigation). In the Help section click What’s New.
From Learn, there are a couple of ways to find this information:
1. Click the Click here to read about the latest features and enhancements in What’s New.box, or
2. Click Documentation > Help Center> What’s New
