Hi. The popup is not a standard part of the product, so the only way to observe the traffic being sent to the servers is via inspecting the network traffic through your browser's developer tools. It sounds like you need help from your local Customer Success team, do you know who they are? Perhaps give SAS Technical Support a call and they will be able to find someone to help you.

Hello,

Currently, I use sas customer intelligence 360, there are some issues I'm stuck on:

1- After having tagging my website, no popup has been displayed
2- How can I see data collection created from events
3- In the 360 Discover sas tutorial, they use the control data collection. In the platform is the event equal to data collection? because I have the same but under the name event control
4- How to visualize a defined traffic source?
5-I have defined a lot of spots but I can not see the content of my website

Hi,

Like Tim suggested, I would also suggest to contact your SAS support representative since they could give you more specialized help.

But in general, here are some links that I hope can help with the data collection questions you had.

The basic controls over data collection are subsections in the General Settings > Data Management area. Specifically, you want to look at Events, Page and Session, and Form Fields.

This Help Center topic provides some information (you need the access key to read these topics):

Data Management settings.

See the entire Tracking Behavioral Data with Events section in the user's guide. I can't link to it directly, but this is the first section inside of it: About Events and Collecting Data.

To see data that has been generated by your collection settings, the Insights section in the menu lists different reports that are generated. The user's guide has a section on the Discover reports and what they mean.

I also saw your other community post about the demographic data collection, so I'll try to provide more help in that thread.

Thanks,

Will
