Hello,

there are some steps you need to follow to get scheduling to work from CI Studio. Based on your description this could also be an permissions issue with your user. Is this only one user who is not able to schedule?

At this point I would suggest to open a ticket with SAS Technical Support, they are able to help verifying your setup.

Thanks,

Hi CI Experts!

When I tried to schedule a campaign, the button "SEND TO SCHEDULE" is not avaliable on CIS. I believe that the schedule setup is not complete.

How can I check it? Is there any step-by-step to verify and implementantig this function? I'm checking for the documentation below, but is not enough in this moment

https://documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=scheduleug&docsetTarget=n0fv7743gajo6zn1r17welj7e9ew.htm&docsetVersion=9.4

Does anyone could give a help? (I'll use the Schedule from OS - Windows).

Thk's a lot!

TF
