    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everybody,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We executed a decision campaign but it didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then we checked in "SASDecisionServicesEngine6.4.log" and we have the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;com.sas.analytics.ph.RTDMException: No Flow configured for event: _SAS_CONTACT_RULES_EVENT&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help us to resolve this problem please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paolo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This type of errors are best handled through SAS Technical support.&amp;nbsp; Typically, these errors require us to know the events preceding this error and possibly the log files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The event that is named in the error, is included in the out of the box configuration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you try Activating the _SAS_CONTACT_RULES_DS2_FLOW in SMC&lt;BR /&gt;It can be found in SMC under&lt;BR /&gt;Plug-ins --&amp;gt; Decision Services Manager --&amp;gt; SAS Decision Services servers --&amp;gt; SASDSEngineServer --&amp;gt; EngineRepository --&amp;gt; Decision Flows&lt;BR /&gt;As Raja suggests, this is a standard configuration step, so, you should have had this set to Active as part of your install configuration.</description>
