Invoke external webserice from RTDM

Hi,

we need to call an external web services (with post method) from a decision campaign into SAS RTDM.
From SAS MC, we have created a Web Services system resource where we have specified the wsdl of external services.
Therefore, we have created a Web Process from CIS with the resource created from sas mc.
But this process is only for get metod of web services?
How we can invoke a external web services with post method without use a ds2 code?
