Hi,

we need to write a current datetime value into a custom table using a data process into a decision campaign in SAS RTDM.
We try to use "Today's Date and Time" variables for set the output datetime variable, but into custom table the hours are written with two/one hours forward (depending on the solar or legal time) respesct Europe/Rome timezone.

Nonetheless, the datatime on the sas logs and commonon data model tables are write with the correct time.

How can we insert into custom table the correct datatime for Europe/Rome timezone?

Best regards,
Paolo

HI Paolo,

By default the system thinks it is in GMT timezone.

You can change this by following the instructions here: http://support.sas.com/kb/55/831.html.

Regards

James

HI Paulo,
Yes - it sets the time zone on the RTDM server, so that when the datetime is passed to the database (any database) the time zone is already interpreted and the value will be correct.
Rgds
James
