Hello @faisalbasra,

dis you manage to solve and understand the problem? Is this happening with CI or other web applications as well?

I fully agree with @JamesAnderson, the best is to contact SAS Technical Support. Beware that increasing sizes is not always the best, you can even decrease performance (a lot) if you change JVM settings by yourself.

I would like to suggest as well to check, with SAS Environment Manager or any JMX monitoring console, as jconsole, the GC (Garbage Collection) and HeapSizes of your applications. And the logs of your web applications. This usually helps to understand what is going wrong.

I would check and monitor as well your database. Very often the campaings run slow because of database configuration conflicts (you need a good DBA available).

Kind regards,

Juan

We have SAS CI Studio 6.4 and facing deadly slow performance on CI Studio. RTDM deployed campaigns are working fine in the engine, only facing slow while designing and execution of campaigns in MA.

We increased the heap size of Server1, Server2, Server6 to each 6GB but still not any improvement.

Any help here?
