    <description>HI Muralidhar,&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately that generic error message could be many different things. You will need to take a look at {SASHOME}/Config/Lev1/Web/Logs/SASCustomerIntelligenceCore.6.x.log (where x is your version number), around the time that you experienced the generic error.&lt;BR /&gt;This sort of a problem is best tackled with SAS Technical Support - so you are advised to open a track with them.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;James&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - We are getting error on trying to login or open an existing Campaigns. This was working till yesterday without any issue. Attached screenshot of error for reference.&amp;nbsp;Please advise in this regard.
