SAS Environment Manager - Page not found Http 404

Good Afternoon SAS Experts,

We deployed 9.4 M4 on a sinlge machine plan on Windows 2012 server. everything works fine except the web portion.

Like Environment Manager when we deployed I Was able to login thru the URL http://<hostname>/7080 for a couple of days. now currently it throws and error webpage cannot be found. HTTP 404.

when I browse the page http://<hostname> I see welcome message from SAS 9.4 saying you have succesfully setup SAS web Server.

I looked a the services all of them are up and running, any advise where do I start? Thoughts?

I believe that should be http://<hostname>:7080 not /7080.

yup http://<hostname>:7080/ still same error message

I think I fixed it, I rebooted the services manually in the order below

it seemed to fix the issue. Interesting though.
